Terms of use

Draft · Last updated 18 October 2026

Draft — pending professional legal review. These terms describe how RESERVD works during early access. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before general launch, including the operating entity’s legal name and details.

The service

RESERVD reads information from your connected Xero organisation and the settings you enter, and shows a cash-planning view of your business — including amounts it suggests keeping protected and an estimate of what is safe to save.

Early access

RESERVD is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some features (such as Quote Assistant) are available only to selected businesses.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

RESERVD provides general cash-planning information. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it doesn’t take your full circumstances into account. Figures depend on the accuracy of your Xero data and your settings, and tax figures are planning estimates. Check important decisions with a qualified accountant or adviser. You remain responsible for your business’s tax, lodgements and financial decisions.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
  • You’re responsible for activity on your account and for the people you give access to.
  • Only connect a Xero organisation you’re authorised to connect.

Xero and other services

Your use of Xero is governed by your agreement with Xero. RESERVD isn’t responsible for Xero’s availability or for errors in data held in Xero. RESERVD creates draft quotes in Xero only when you ask it to and never moves money.

Your data

You own your business data. You allow us to use it to provide and improve RESERVD, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse RESERVD — for example by trying to access another business’s data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it to build a competing product, or using it for anything unlawful.

Plans and billing

RESERVD is currently free during early access. When paid plans launch, we’ll give you notice and the plan terms, prices and billing details will be shown before you choose a paid plan.

Cancelling

You can stop using RESERVD and disconnect Xero at any time, and ask us to close your account. When paid plans are available, you’ll be able to cancel a paid plan at any time; it will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep RESERVD available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during early access. We may suspend access to protect the service or other customers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RESERVD is provided “as is”, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of information shown in RESERVD. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know before they take effect. Questions? Use our contact form.
